Partnered with the Ontario Science Centre, one of Canada’s largest public education venues, Immersed 2016 also features a separate public-facing consumer exhibition that is up to 20,000 square feet in size.  With over 8,000 consumers attending, this is a unique opportunity to appeal to teachers, students, teenagers, parents, and adults well above and beyond the enthusiast community.  Consumer input is a valuable asset to present to investors or to enhance product effectiveness.  Most importantly, this is an opportunity to get customers excited about immersive tech!  Cost-effective exhibition options are available for nearly all budgets including early start-ups.
Space is limited.  Speakers are encouraged to email speakers@getimmersed.com with a brief bio and talk / topic highlights.

When early bird tickets are sold out, use discount code “VRSocietyImmersed” to save $100 on registration.  Learn more at http://www.getimmersed.com.

There is a listed exhibition discount for ITA members on the website for startups.  Joining the ITA is free for qualified content makers – please reach out to make this happen.  Approved startup exhibits also include a full access delegate ticket, so the difference between just going to the event and having a tabletop or space to show stuff is minimal.  We want people to experience your work!

For companies that are not considered start-ups, there are ITA discount programs in the marketing kit.  As a benefit to being part of the Hamilton VRSociety Meetup group, we are also offering a 10% discount option against exhibition with the exception of the global sponsorship options.  This cannot be combined with other offers and this is not a public discount program.  Please email sponsorship@getimmersed.com to get a kit.
